Hi I eagerly awaited this product. I use the full set of Horizon VFR including all of Scotland England Ireland and highlands and islands.
I also bought Horizon vfr airfields which cover Stornoway Sumburgh n I think Oban.
But the sim 720 airport isn't showing up .
I'm not getting the terminal building or anything .
Please could you assist.
I looked for the Vfr airfields but couldn't find it.
My Fsx main folder is on the C drive which is an SSD.
The bulk of the bulk of the Add on Scenery is on my I drive ( a velociraptor 10000) with all the horizon stuff on there.
I added the sim 720 to the scenery library in fsx to no avail.
Please could someone assist me.
Kind regards.
Jonathan

Hi,

Can you check if both Oban and SIM720 LIBS were added to the scenery library, if not they will need to be manually added http://forum.sim720....-library-entry/

Also if you haven't already download the latest version of SIM720 LIBS as it contains updated objects http://forum.sim720....gory/1-patches/

If after adding to the scenery library its still not working please post a screenshot of what you can see at Oban http://forum.sim720....t-a-screenshot/

Hiya, thank you very much for your reply :), sorry for the delay in responding, I have not been on here in a bit to check.
I renamed some of the horizon vfr airfields files as suggested.
It seems to have done the trick.
One question though Three years ago I visited Oban airport, and was blown away by the generosity of a flight instructor there, Who gave me a flight in his powered glider, Sadly I don't know what type it was, But I was wondering if you know of it and if the hanger is supposed to be in the scenery for the airport?.
I recall there being the club office and the hanger was near it.

The aircraft in question was red and white.
Anyway I must say now I have Oban airport working as far as I know it is totally stunning, Amazing work you have done!. Thank you :).
So by any chance will you be doing Aberdeen airport?. There doesn't seem to be a decent model of that anywhere.
Also if you are thinking of any airports in England, How about the two local to my area.. EGCN Doncaster and EGNJ  Humberside.
I bet with your approach they would look great!.
However of course Egcn has been done by UK2000, and is great . But the detail of your Oban airport Stands above even that!

Gary Summons (UK2000) will hopefully be developing Aberdeen Xtreme within the next twelve months, and UK2000 Doncaster Xtreme is already available. I would prefer to see detailed renditions of airports that we do not have yet, so your suggestion for EGNJ Humberside makes sense :)

Aye But that's been said for years and still no Aberdeen. Coukd you make one sooner ?.
Your work is amazing.
Humberside though is crying out for it.

Ah, but Gary has indicated that he intends to make Aberdeen Xtreme later this year (or early next year), and since I am also a UK2000 beta tester, I will poke and prod him until his resistance crumbles :)
