I tried to install this Catalina scenery and the install menu said it installed but got a error message saying:

 

Attempting to read file:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight SimulatorX\SIM720\scripts\sceneryLibrary\SIM720_SceneryLib_KAVX.cfg

Attempting to read file:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight SimulatorX\SIM720\scripts\SceneryLibrary\SIM720_SceneryLib_LIB.cfg

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\FSX\Scenery.cfg

Attempting to read file:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\FSX\Scerery.cfg

 

Unfortunately, an error has occured. Please report the following error to support@sim720.co.uk: An item with the same key has already been added.

 

How do I go about correcting this error and installing the scenery.  I installed the SIM720Libraries patch (31025) after initialy installing the scenery but I got the same message after installing the libraries but the libraries did install.  Thank you.

Hi,

 

We are currently testing a fix for that error which is to do with adding the airport and Libs to the scenery library automatically, in the mean time you can add the entries manually http://forum.sim720....-library-entry/

Why is it when I try to install the last patch I am not given the opportunity to browse rather then having to use the default location of the scenery?  I keep getting the same error message as above when I tried to install the patch, it says the patch was installed but I don't know if it did or not.  There are a number of images I have in my Instant Scenery that are in a SIM720 folder one looks like a long dock with a building at the end and some other buildings I do not find when I load the Catalina scenery I have.  Are these part of the patch or what?

Hi,

 

The Library files are used in all our airports so will contain items not in Catalina and these will show in Instant Scenery. The error message is the same as what i posted above and we are testing a fix now and hope to release it in the next day or so.
