Stornoway Flickering static object Textures

I have started my review of Stornoway but I am getting so flickering object textures.  The enclosed picture is the building at the fire training ground.   The other ground object here looks good.

 

Thanks for your help, it is hard to make review screen grabs with this issue.  I did notice some fickering on objects in the distance too.   I hope uploaded photo worked.

Hi,

 

I'm away from my pc this weekend so won't be able to look till monday but this is the first report of a flickering building, any specific part that flickers for you?

Hi Mike.

 

Looks like from your screenshot that it's the windows that are flickering? Are there any other parts of the textures flickering too? Also how many buildings does this happen on?

The door does flicker also but only when looking in certain angles where the windows are all of the time and it appears to happen with the smaller buildings.  All of the large objects look do not have flickering.  I noticed some others in the distance but did not take a screen grab.   I picked this one because it is an area that is printed on the airport diagram.    I will walk around the airport again and if I see any more I will post with the coordinates.

Here are a couple more groups of buildings with flickering textures.   Eventhough the pictures does not show it all windows and doors were flickering and all of them are on the unused side of the airport.  I did not find any on the active/modern areas of the airport.

 

These two were at approx N58 13.04' W6 20.48'

Shouldn't there be a fire training hulk 3D model in that first location?

I think the main fire training area is somewhere else in the airport, i'll double check though.

Flickering textures problem has now been fixed. Also you were correct Christopher about the missing fire training hulk, this has now been added. Follow these instructions to fix both issues-
 
1. Download Both files Attached File  S720_EGPO_Buildings.zip   61.62KB   562 downloads Attached File  S720_LIB_GSE.zip   444.21KB   551 downloads
2. Unzip to the desktop
3. Move "S720_EGPO_Buildings.BGL" to "{fsx/p3d}\SIM720\Airports\SIM720_EGPO\Scenery\" and overwrite
4. Move "S720_LIB_GSE.BGL" to "{fsx/p3d}\SIM720\Airports\1_SIM720_LIB\Scenery\" and overwrite
5. Test

I am reasonably sure that I already have the fire training hulk 3D model, Dave. However, I will check that tonight.

The only other object at the fire training area on my system was a fuel/water/chemical trailer of some kind.    There is a large stain on the ground where the training takes place.

I did not get a chance to look at the cabins, but the fire training area is fixed and it is nice to have the training hulk there now.
