Hi guys hope you are all well, I would like to spread the word of Flightreal Simulations with their new tool which changes FSX from 32Bit to 64Bit I am telling everyone this is a potential scam from what I'm hearing from other people and reviews. Here is their website: http://flightreal.com/index.html A BETA tester for Majestic recently purchased this and I quote from Majestics facebook page " ATTENTION CAPTAINS!!!!

There seems to be a new tool being advertized by a company by the name of Flightreal Simulations - BE AWARE that this is a SCAM. the program unfortunately was checked by one of our Beta Testers, while attempting to purchase some scenery "SBIL" from their website - but instead was given this utility which is a TOTAL FLUKE!!!!"

So just avoid it and spread the word if you want your moneys worth. If there is a new tool coming out which you haven't really heard of or other people aren't talking about I really recomend trying to find some reviews or something along those lines just to check that its legit. Personally Im going to wait and see how other reviews go and if it has worked with other people then I will purchase it but its not exactly a must for me seeing as I have no problems with my Flight Simulator except a rare occurance where it stops responding when I quit exit so its not like Im in desperate need for it.

Happy Flyeting!

Josh

This is only a "scam" in the sense of having a misleading title... what it does is tweaks your settings to allow FSX to use more than the normal limit of 4 gigabytes, along with the other 3 cores of your processor where FSX only uses 1.  Run the 4G patch and add AffinityMask=14 to your [JOBSCHEDULER]  section, you'll accomplish the same thing.

So what you're saying Bruce is that this application they are selling is pretty much a tool which tweaks your config?

This is a complete scam, the airport they are/were selling is not there's its Jorge Amengol and is freeware.

As for the tool "32bit to 64bit" if it was that easy to make it a 64bit program Lockheed Martin would have done it for P3D. I would hate to think what the program actually does to your machine.

Bruce,

FSX is a 32bit application. It can never access more than 4GB RAM.
