I  purchased SIM720's KAVX and KSBA products at PCAviator.  

 

With SIM720's latest versions of both KAVX and KSBA now at 1.25 (released last month), I tried to download the latest versions from PCAviator.  Unfortunately, PCAviator is still at 1.1 for both airports.

 

Is there any way I can qualify to download 1.25 from SIM720?  I can provide my serial numbers to SIM720 support as needed.

I have requested and been told they were updated a while ago, i will chase again.

It was PCAviator USA.

 

I have the latest downloads, many thanks.

 

From now on, I'll make sure to purchase additional SIM720 products directly from SIM720!
