I've just installed EGPE into FSX Steam. My SIM720 Control Panel is unable to find the option check files. Message below.

An error has occurred in the SIM720 Control Panel application:
Unable to locate any option check files for section 'Static aircraft (small)' in control panel.
Unable to locate any option check files for section 'Static aircraft (large)' in control panel.
etc etc.
Operating System:
Microsoft Windows NT 6.2.9200.0

Using Windows10 and latest version of FSX-SE
Regards
Gary

Hi,

I split the topic off to its own so answers dont get confused.

1. Did you get the installer direct from our website and install into steam?

2. Can you tell me what folder location its looking for please?

Thanks

Paul

Hi Paul

Yes I bought it direct from SIM720, downloaded and installed using the Steam option.

Steam is located in D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX

Thanks for helping with this!

it doesn't tell me - it just says it's not able to locate the file.

Just installed Oban with same error - the scenery is working in the sim.
