Hi Paul

I have recently installed Prepar3D V3.0 and I have downloaded the updated installers for EGPE.

I have a problem with the Runway/Taxiway lighting in that it appears to be using the default P3D lighting.  I remember in V2.5 that EPGE had some specific lighting.  is there any way to get this back?

Running P3D V3.0, Windows 10, EPGE with the latest V3-0 compatible installer, Orbx LC Europe and Scotland Region with Orbx FTX Scotland checked in the control panel.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Ken

Hi Ken,

We ended up taking the custom lights out and replacing with default lighting in P3Dv2 back in September 2014 as they didn't function correctly and there wasn't a fix (still isn't), we did the same for P3Dv3.

It appears Don (gadgets) has managed to get some form of working lights in P3D???
It may or may not be something you could use or learn from?

Cheers K

I don't see anything in that post which shows its fixed, we had some form of working lights but they weren't correct and a big problem was seeing them past 2km which is still a problem.

I don't see LM every fixing it either as we spoke with them when v2 was first out and I gave up after version 2.4 as there was no progress.
