Downloaded your file and it is corrupt? Something went wrong during the transfer unfortunately. Do the following before downloading again :
clean out your cache first:
Microsoft Internet Explorer
Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
Click the General tab
Under the Browsing History header Click "Delete"
Tick "Temporary Internet files and website file"
UnTick "Cookies"
Click "Delete"
Click "OK"
FireFox
Go to the Tools menu and select Options
Select Privacy
Click on "clear your recent history"
Untick everything apart from "cache" and set Time range to "Everything"
Click "Clear Now"
Google chrome
Go to History (Ctrl+H)
Click "clear browsing data"
Untick everything apart from "Empty the cache" and set Time range to "the begining of time"
Click "Clear browsing data"
Opera
Click Opera icon at the top
Click "Settings"
Click "Privacy & Security"
Click "Clear Browsing Dat"
Untick everything apart from "Empty the cache" and set Time range to "the begining of time"
Click "Clear browsing data"
Safari
Click the cog icon (top right)
Click "Show menu bar"
Click "Edit > Empty Cache"
After you have done this download the file that you want again, we also recommend you use a download manager
