We recommend you use a proper program and NOT the built in windows extractor as it doesn't always handle big files.
We use 7-zip (free) but you can also use winrar (trial) or winzip (trial).
Locate the file that you downloaded.
Right-click on the file and then find 7-zip then extract to "folder\"
Your files will then be extracted to the folder.
