I have just installed the Oban airport (North Connel) into P3Dv4. Looks great except that the aircraft shadows do not appear on the runways or aprons. They do howver appear on the grass surfaces!

 

Any fixes for this please. I am using Orbx.

Unfortunately this is a known technical issue with the ground polys for our airports in P3D, we dont have a fix for this.

In P3d V4 options go to Lighting 

 

in the shadows section / casting & recieving

 

tick Buildings to recieve shadows,

 

this will allow shadows on runways
