Also you should also look into doing some of the airports and scenery in South Africa. They have been done, but not to a great (Sim720) standard.

 I have changed some settings, can you give it a try and confirm its now without vat for you.

It looks OK for me now. however, once I select buy now There is one price which says 15.99 inc VAT with the ADD TO CART button next to that and then above the description it says 15.99 + VAT. As I said for me its OK, not sure about the other customers. (just waiting for wife to get back with credit card :-) )

Thanks for confirming it works, Yes it only removes the vat when you get to the cart and it know where you are located.
